Section 706.540 - Drivers: Standards of appearance and dress1. Certificate holders shall submit to the Authority a proposed standard of dress and appearance for its drivers and independent contractors, if applicable. Upon approval by the Authority, each certificate holder will be responsible for maintaining those standards of dress and appearance for its drivers and independent contractors.2. A driver or independent contractor who fails to meet the standards of dress set by his or her employer or the certificate holder with whom the independent contractor has entered into a lease agreement pursuant to sections 2 to 12, inclusive as approved by the Authority shall be considered by the Authority to be in violation of subsections 1 and 2 of NRS NRS 706.8845.Nev.
