Section 706.537 - Drivers: Training1. All applicants for a driver's permit must enroll in and successfully complete a defensive driving, driver orientation and safety course approved by the Authority before being issued a driver's permit. All applicants for the renewal of a permit must enroll in and successfully complete an annual course on driver safety which has been approved by the Authority.2. Any driver or independent contractor who fails to comply with the requirements of this section is subject to suspension of his or her driver's permit.Nev. Admin. Code § 706.537
