Section 704.9241 - Update of distributed resources plan: Action by Commission1. The Commission will conduct a hearing within 60 days after a utility files an update of its distributed resources plan pursuant to NAC 704.9239 and issue an order within 120 days after the filing of that update by the utility.2. The Commission will conduct its evaluation of the update of the distributed resources plan in accordance with subsection 5 of NAC 704.9494 and issue an order approving the update as filed, modifying the update or specifying any portions of the update that the Commission deems to be inadequate.Nev.
