Section 704.9239 - Update of distributed resources plan: Filing; requirements1. Beginning in calendar year 2020, on or before September 1 of the first and second years after the action plan of a utility is filed, the utility shall file an update of the distributed resources plan that will be applicable for each year remaining in the period covered by the action plan.2.
