Section 704.7966 - "Gas infrastructure replacement project" and "replacement project" defined

"Gas infrastructure replacement project" or "replacement project" means a project:

1. To engage in gas infrastructure replacement; and
2. That is incremental in nature and that is not undertaken by the utility as a project to replace existing infrastructure during the normal course of business.
