Section 704.7965 - "Gas infrastructure replacement mechanism" and "replacement mechanism" defined

"Gas infrastructure replacement mechanism" or "replacement mechanism" means the accounting procedure through which a gas utility may, between general rate cases, recover the revenue requirement associated with one or more gas infrastructure replacement projects.
