Section 703.465 - Agreement to apportion costs

If the railroad and governmental units involved have negotiated an agreement apportioning costs pursuant to subsection 8 of NRS NRS 704.305, a copy of that agreement must be included with the original application filed with the Commission pursuant to NAC 703.445 to 703.475, inclusive.
