Section 703.455 - Application to construct railroad track across public highwayAn application to construct a railroad track across a public road, highway, or street must be made in writing by the railroad which proposes the construction. The application must contain the data required by NAC 703.450 and the following:
1. A certified copy of the franchise or permit, if required, from the authority having jurisdiction, which gives the railroad the right to cross the highway involved. If the franchise or permit has already been filed, the application must make a specific reference to that filing.2. The proposed crossing number.3. A map required by subsection 6 of NAC 703.450, which must also show by distinct colorings or lines, all new tracks or changes in existing tracks, within the limits of the drawing, which would be made in connection with the construction of the proposed crossing.Nev.
