Section 687B.205 - Applicability of provisions1. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 687B.200 to 687B.330, inclusive, the provisions of those sections apply to any:(a) Policy to supplement Medicare delivered or issued for delivery in this State on or after July 30, 1992.2. The provisions of NAC 687B.200 to 687B.330, inclusive, do not apply to any policy or contract of one or more employers or labor organizations, or of the trustees of a fund established by one or more employers or labor organizations, or any combination thereof, for employees or former employees, or a combination thereof, or for members or former members, or a combination thereof, of the labor organizations.Nev.
