Section 681A.060 - Application for license to act as intermediary1. A person applying for a license to act as an intermediary must submit an application and any other form prescribed by the Commissioner.2. A firm, association or corporation which is applying for a license to act as an intermediary must provide, on a form prescribed by the Commissioner, an affidavit containing the name, official position and biographical information for each person named in the application and in any supplements thereto who will act as an intermediary on behalf of the firm, association or corporation.Nev.
