Section 681A.050 - Classes of licenses for intermediaries1. The Commissioner will issue two classes of licenses for intermediaries: (a) Intermediary broker for reinsurance.(b) Intermediary manager for reinsurance.2. A manager for reinsurance may be licensed also as a broker for reinsurance and be a broker for reinsurance as to reinsurers for which he or she is not then licensed as a manager for reinsurance.Nev.
