Section 645C.1065 - Inactive status: Requirements for reinstatement1. A licensee or holder of a certificate who is in good standing with the Division and who is on inactive status may apply to the Division to be reinstated to active status. The application must:(a) Be on a form supplied by the Division;(b) Be accompanied by the required fees;(c) Be accompanied by a current, completed fingerprint card if the licensee or holder of a certificate has been on inactive status for at least 1 year; and(d) Contain evidence that the requirements for continuing education have been fulfilled.2. A licensee or holder of a certificate who is placed on inactive status for failure to comply with NRS 645C.430 or for any of the reasons listed in NRS 645C.420 remains inactive until an application for reinstatement has been approved by the Division.Nev.
