Section 645C.106 - Inactive status: Placement; annual renewal of license or certificate required1. A licensee or holder of a certificate may be placed on inactive status by applying to the Division on the appropriate form. The licensee or holder of a certificate is not entitled to a refund of any part of the fees paid for the unexpired term of his or her license or certificate.2. A licensee or holder of a certificate who is on inactive status must apply for the renewal of his or her license or certificate on or before each anniversary of his or her license or certificate.Nev.
