Section 638.0655 - Notice required if animal will be left unattended

A person who operates a veterinary facility where animals are retained for treatment or hospitalization during the hours that the veterinary facility is not regularly open to the public shall notify, in writing, an owner of an animal or his or her designee if the animal will be left unattended.
