Section 638.065 - Inspection of facility by Board

The Board may inspect any veterinary facility at any time during which the facility is open for business. The inspector must be accompanied by a licensed veterinarian or employee associated with the facility, unless permission is provided by a licensed veterinarian associated with the facility for the inspector to proceed unaccompanied.
