Section 638.0607 - Certain persons with ownership interest responsible for maintenance of minimum standard of practice

Each person who has a direct or indirect ownership interest of 10 percent or more in a business which practices veterinary medicine shall ensure that the facility maintains the minimum standard of practice of veterinary medicine established by this chapter.
