Section 638.0606 - Written notice to Board of change in veterinarian in charge or roster of veterinarians

The veterinarian who is in charge of a facility shall notify the Board in writing if the person registered with the Board as the veterinarian who is in charge of the facility resigns or otherwise leaves that position. The written notice must be submitted to the Board not more than 20 days after any such change is made.
