Section 638.420 - Petitions for adoption, amendment or repeal of regulations1. Any interested person may petition the Board requesting the adoption, amendment or repeal of any regulation. The petition must include relevant data, views and arguments.2. All petitions requesting the adoption, amendment or repeal of any regulation must be in writing using the format of Form No. 2.*3. Within 30 days of the submission of the petition, the Board will either deny the petition in writing stating its reasons, or initiate proceedings in accordance with NRS 233B.060. *See adopting agency for form.
