Section 638.410 - Petitions for declaratory orders or advisory opinions1. The Board will consider petitions for declaratory orders or advisory opinions relating to the applicability of any statutory provision, regulation or decision of the Board.2. All petitions for declaratory orders and advisory opinions must be in writing using substantially the format of Form No. 1.*3. Upon submission of a petition for a declaratory order or advisory opinion, the Board will, within 30 days, either deny the petition in writing, stating its reasons, or initiate proceedings in accordance with NRS 233B.060. *See adopting agency for form.
