Section 634A.510 - Stipulations1. With the approval of the presiding member of the Board, the parties may stipulate as to any fact at issue, either by written stipulation introduced in evidence as an exhibit or by oral statements shown upon the record.2. Any stipulation is binding upon all parties so stipulating and may be regarded by the Board as evidence at the hearing. The Board may require proof by evidence of the facts stipulated to, notwithstanding the stipulation of the parties.Nev. Admin. Code § 634A.510
