Section 634A.500 - Consolidation1. The Board may consolidate two or more proceedings in any one hearing when it appears that the issues are substantially the same and that the interests of the parties will not be prejudiced by the consolidation.2. At any consolidated hearing, the presiding member of the Board shall determine the order in which all the parties may introduce their evidence and which party or parties may open and close.Nev.
