Section 633.083 - "Notify" interpreted for purposes of NRS 633.417

For the purposes of NRS 633.417, the Board will interpret the term "notify" to mean that the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services of the Department of Health and Human Services notifies the Board within 30 days after a person who holds an authorized facility license issued pursuant to NRS 633.417 ceases to practice osteopathic medicine in this State as a psychiatrist in a mental health center of the Division.
