Section 633.080 - "Notify" interpreted for purposes of NRS 633.415

For the purposes of NRS 633.415, the Board will interpret the term "notify" to mean that a medical research facility or school of osteopathic medicine in this State notifies the Board within 30 days after a special licensee who is issued a special license pursuant to NRS 633.415 ceases to teach, research or practice clinical osteopathic medicine at the medical research facility or school of osteopathic medicine.
