Section 625A.130 - Recovery of attorney's fees and costs

Subject to the limitations prescribed pursuant to NRS 622.400, the Board may recover from a person reasonable attorney's fees and costs that are incurred by the Board as part of its investigative, administrative and disciplinary proceedings against the person.
