Section 625A.120 - Witness fees and reimbursement1. A witness who participates in any proceeding held by the Board is entitled to be paid: (a) A fee in the same amount set forth in paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 50.225 for each day's attendance; and(b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, if the witness is subpoenaed to appear and is required to travel, per diem and travel expenses at the rate provided for state officers and employees generally.2. The Board may reduce the amount of the per diem allowance and travel expenses authorized for payment to a witness pursuant to subsection 1 if the Board determines the financial resources of the Board warrant the reduction.3. The payment to which a witness is entitled pursuant to subsection 1 will be paid by the Board.Nev. Admin. Code § 625A.120
