Section 625.615 - Address of licensee: Filing with and use by Board; notice of change1. Each licensee shall file with the Board the contact information of his or her principal place of business or, if the licensee does not maintain a principal place of business, the contact information of his or her residence.2. The Board will send all communications to the licensee at the contact information filed pursuant to subsection 1.3. A licensee shall submit a written notice of any change of contact information to the Board within 30 days after the effective date of the change. Failure to notify the Board within that period is grounds for disciplinary action by the Board.4. As used in this section, "contact information" means the address, telephone number and electronic mail address of the principal place of business or of the licensee, as applicable.Nev. Admin.
