Section 625.613 - Documents prepared by licensee: Inclusion of supplemental information; contents1. Details, shop drawings, descriptions of products or any other information which is prepared by a manufacturer, supplier or installer of a product or system may be included in a document which has been prepared and stamped by a licensee.2. Each document which is prepared by a licensee must include:(a) A description of the document;(b) The date the document was printed or finalized for electronic submission;(c) The name, address, electronic mail address and telephone number of the licensee's firm; and(d) The name and location of the project for which the document was prepared.Nev.
