Section 623A.430 - Group practice1. A landscape architectural service performed by a group practice must be performed by or under the direct supervision of a registrant who is a partner, principal, officer or employee of the group practice. All instruments of service of the group practice must be stamped and signed pursuant to the provisions of NAC 623A.440 by the registrant who provided the direct supervision for the work performed.2. All advertisements and other similar materials used by the group practice must contain the name of the registrant and his or her certificate number.Nev. Admin. Code § 623A.430
