Section 623A.420 - Advertising1. The name and certificate number of the registrant and the title "Landscape Architect" must appear in a conspicuous manner in all advertisements of the registrant.2. An advertisement of a registrant must not be false, deceptive or misleading.3. If the Board has probable cause to believe that a person without a certificate of registration is advertising for the performance of the practice of landscape architecture, the Board may issue a letter to the person ordering the person:(a) To cease and desist advertising without a certificate of registration.(b) If the advertisement is being conducted by another person, to inform the person making the advertisement to cease and desist the advertisement.Nev.
