Section 618.955 - Emergency asbestos project: Notification of Enforcement Section

A contractor who engages in an emergency asbestos project shall:

1. Notify the Enforcement Section of the project by telephone at (702) 486-9020 for Southern Nevada or (775) 688-3700 for Northern Nevada within 24 hours after the commencement of the project; and

2. Give written notification of the project to the Enforcement Section, postmarked not later than 48 hours after the commencement of the project.
