Section 616C.333 - Reimbursement for expenses incurred for attendance at hearing1. A claimant requesting reimbursement for expenses incurred for attendance at a hearing shall complete the form entitled "Request for Reimbursement of Expenses for Travel and Lost Wages" and submit it to the insurer.2. The insurer may require: (a) The claimant to submit receipts for food and lodging; and(b) The employer to submit verification of the claimant's wages.Nev. Admin. Code § 616C.333
