Section 616C.330 - Records of hearings1. Every hearing before an appeals officer must be recorded as provided in NRS 616C.360.2. A record of a proceeding maintained by the appeals officer is the official record of the proceeding.3. The parties may supplement or amend the record upon a written stipulation approved by the appeals officer.4. After a transcript has been filed with the appeals officer, it is available for review in the office of the appeals officer by any party to the proceeding.Nev. Admin. Code § 616C.330
