Section 610.950 - Compliance with federal and state law or regulations1. A pattern or practice by a sponsor, or by one of the parties represented on a joint committee which is a sponsor, which does not comply with federal or state laws or regulations requiring equal opportunity may be grounds for the imposition of sanctions under NAC 610.970 if the failure to comply is related to the equal opportunity for employment of apprentices or graduates of a program of apprenticeship.2. Every sponsor shall take affirmative steps to assist and cooperate with employers and unions in fulfilling its obligation to provide equal opportunity for employment.Nev. Admin. Code § 610.950
