Section 610.945 - Review for compliance: Voluntary compliance1. If a review for compliance indicates that a sponsor is not operating in accordance with this plan, the Council will notify the sponsor in writing of the results of the review and make a reasonable effort to secure the sponsor's voluntary compliance within a reasonable time before undertaking the sanctions set forth in NAC 610.970.2. If a sponsor seeks new registration, the Council will provide appropriate recommendations to the sponsor to enable it to achieve the compliance necessary for registration.Nev. Admin. Code § 610.945
