Section 590.365 - Certificate of competency: Approval of courses for continuing education1. The Board will review educational courses to determine whether a course may be used to meet the requirements for continuing education set forth in subsection 2 of NAC 590.360. If the Board determines that a course may be used to meet those requirements, the Board will approve the course and determine the number of continuing education units that may be awarded for the successful completion of the course. The Board will maintain a list of all courses approved pursuant to this subsection.2. If a course is not on the list of approved courses, the holder of a certificate of competency may request that the Board approve the course.Nev. Admin. Code § 590.365
