Section 590.360 - Certificate of competency: RenewalA person may renew a certificate of competency if the person:
1. Submits to the examination required by the Board pursuant to NAC 590.320 before the certificate expires;2. During the period the certificate is valid, completes at least 8 continuing education units from any course which was approved by the Board before the certificate expires; or3. Provides proof of continuous employment in the area specified on his or her certificate of competency during the period the certificate was valid.Nev. Admin. Code § 590.360
