Section 584.2051 - Inspections by Commission

Before issuing a permit, the Commission will inspect each certified dairy farm, milk hauler and bottling or packaging plant whose certified milk or products made from it are intended for human consumption. After issuing the permit, the Commission will inspect each certified dairy farm and milk hauler at least once every 6 months and each bottling or packaging plant at least once every 3 months.
