Section 584.2041 - Permit to weigh, measure and sample milk; permit to haul milk1. A person who desires to weigh, measure and sample milk must apply to the Commission for a permit. The Commission will examine each applicant and issue him or her a permit if:(a) The applicant is qualified to weigh, measure and sample milk; and(b) The applicant will comply with the provisions of NAC 584.1611 to 584.2881, inclusive.2. A person who desires to haul milk must apply to the Commission for a permit. The Commission will examine each applicant and issue him or her a permit if:(a) The applicant is qualified to haul milk; and(b) The applicant will comply with the provisions of NAC 584.1611 to 584.2881, inclusive.Nev.
