Section 584.2831 - Sickness or death in herd1. If a disease occurs that appears to be of a serious nature, or if a number of hoofed mammals become sick at about the same time, the dairyman shall withdraw such hoofed mammals from the certified herd, destroy their milk and notify a veterinarian and the Commission immediately.2. The carcass of any dead hoofed mammal, whether diseased or not, must be disposed of in a sanitary manner.Nev. Admin. Code § 584.2831
