Section 584.2821 - Commission may require tests or examinations

The Commission may at any time require any test or examination it deems necessary after consultation with the Division of Animal Industry of the Department. If the Division requires additional tests and an animal reacts to a test, the diseased animal must be disposed of as the Division of Animal Industry of the Department may require.
