Section 534.4351 - Monitoring wells: Restrictions on construction
A monitoring well must be:
1. Drilled only by a well driller who is licensed by the State Engineer; and2. Constructed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, except for any provision that is waived by the State Engineer.
