Section 534.432 - Mandatory plugging of well as result of noncompliance with requirements for well drillingIf a well was:
1. Constructed by a person who, at the time the well was constructed, was not the holder of a well-drilling license issued pursuant to NRS 534.140; or2. Not constructed or completed in compliance with the provisions of this chapter as determined by the State Engineer, the well must be plugged in the manner prescribed in NAC 534.420 at the expense of the person who constructed the well.Nev.
