Section 519A.210 - Statement by Division responding to public comments1. If the Division issues a final permit, it shall, if applicable, issue at the same time a statement responding to the comments received on the matter.2. A copy of the statement must be sent to the operator and all persons submitting comments or information and will be made available for inspection by the public.3. The statement must: (a) Set forth the provisions, if any, in the draft permit that have been changed in the final permit, and the reasons for the change;(b) Briefly describe and respond to all significant comments and information submitted; and(c) State that any person aggrieved by the Division's decision may appeal the decision pursuant to NAC 519A.415.Nev.
