Section 519A.205 - Submission of comments and information at public hearing; provision of records to operator1. Any person may submit to the Division at a public hearing on the application for a permit held by the Division an oral or written statement or other information which relates to the draft of the permit.2. The Division shall, if appropriate:(a) Set reasonable limits upon the time allowed for oral statements;(b) Require persons submitting oral statements to submit the statements in writing; and(c) Extend the period allowed for the submission of comments and information by interested persons to the close of the hearing.3. Upon the request of the operator, the Division shall provide the operator with copies of all comments made and information submitted before and during the hearing.4. If the operator desires a verbatim record of the hearing, he or she must bear the cost of making such a record.Nev. Admin. Code § 519A.205
