Section 484D.290 - Prohibition on application for exemption

The owner of a motor vehicle with a gross weight rating of 10,000 pounds or more which is subject to the provisions of 49 C.F.R. Part 393.60(b) may not apply for a permit for an exemption from the provisions of subsection 2 of NRS 484D.440.
