Section 482.155 - Loan advertised

If a dealer advertises a loan for the purchase of a vehicle and includes in the advertisement:

1. The amount of the down payment;

2. The amount of the periodic payment;

3. The number of payments or the period over which payments must be made; or

4. The amount of the finance charge, the dealer shall include in the advertisement any other terms of the loan related to the cost of the loan, including the annual percentage rate.
