Section 477.Sec. 4.1 - NEW

"Deficiency" means, for the purpose of any fire protection equipment for the protection of life and property, a condition that:

1. Will or has the potential to adversely impact the performance of the fire system or unit or portion thereof; and

2. Does not rise to the level of an impairment.
