Section 467.014 - Application for license: Request for withdrawal1. An applicant for a license may file a written request with the Commission to withdraw his or her application at any time before final action upon the application by the Commission.2. In making a determination on a request to withdraw an application, the Commission may, in its discretion:(b) Grant the request with or without prejudice.3. If the request for withdrawal is granted with prejudice, the applicant is not eligible to apply again for licensing until 1 year after the date the Commission grants the request.Nev. Admin.
