Section 467.00257 - "Drug testing credit" defined.

"Drug testing credit" means the credit against the license fee to which a promoter is entitled pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 467.107 for the amount paid by the promoter to the Commission or to an organization sanctioned by the Commission to administer a drug testing program for unarmed combatants.
