"Doping control" means all steps and processes involved in the drug testing of unarmed combatants, from test distribution planning through the ultimate disposition of any appeal, including, without limitation, the collection and handling of a sample or specimen, laboratory analysis, therapeutic use exemptions, results management functions and hearings.
